Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 above, the Customer has two alternatives:
<!-- td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} -->a) He may send the return to the Company using the appropriate form on the Site available in the Customer's private area, or he must contact Customer Care for approval of the request if he has placed an order without creating a personal account.
After receiving from Customer Care the appropriate slip to be inserted on the package, the Customer must send the products back to the Company at his or her own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, to the following address:

Once we receive the goods at our premises, we will issue a refund deducting €5 as a cost for the return service at home.
The goods must be returned, complete with all its parts, in compliance with the conditions below:
The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by the Company, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Company will notify the Customer, to enable him/her to file a timely complaint against the carrier and obtain a refund; the product will be returned to the Customer's possession, and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled.
The Company shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during shipment for return.
<!-- td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;} -->The Company will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 5 days of receipt of the goods, through a transfer of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Company may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product, or until the Customer proves that he/she has correctly returned the product intact. Should the package be returned after the 14th day, counted from the date of original delivery of the goods, the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Company shall return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
