General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract The contract stipulated between YLYA srls and the Customer must be understood to be concluded with
acceptance, even partial, of the order by the Company. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, YLYA srls will in any case promptly notify the Customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Website (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions").

Means of purchase

To place an order, the Customer must be of legal age.The orders sent will be binding on YLYA only after the customer has received from the Company the confirmation by e-mail that the order process has been completed regularly, payment has been authorized and the products are at least partly available.If this confirmation email is not received, the Customer must contact the Customer Care through the appropriate online form. In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ.

Prices and payment methods


The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer via the site.

The reason for the transfer must include: order number + name and surname of the order holder (you can find these details in the confirmation email you will receive). Using this type of payment, the ordered goods will be shipped only after receipt of the transfer.

Delivery of products and related expenses

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 3 days of acceptance of the Order by the Company, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order.


The delivery times indicated by the Company are to be regarded as purely indicative and any delays or delivery by successive split shipments shall not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery or to claim damages of any kind.

At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent to him.
- that any damage to the packaging and/or product or a mismatch between the number of items or information must be immediately stated in writing on the Courier's delivery note. Once the package has been opened, any problems inherent in the physical integrity of the items ordered must be promptly communicated to the Company's customer care.

In case of orders paid for by credit card, paypal or bank transfer, which fail to be delivered after 10 days' storage, the Company will return the goods to the premises and deduct from the customer's refund amount €5 for storage handling costs plus €5 for return shipment costs.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 192/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 above, the Customer has two alternatives available to him:

a) You can send the return to the Company using the appropriate form on the Site available in the Customer's reserved area, or you must contact the Customer Service to request approval where you have placed an order without creating a personal account.
After receiving the appropriate tag from the Customer Care to be inserted on the package, the Customer must return the products to the Company at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, to the following address:

Once we have received the goods on site, we will issue a refund, reducing €5 as a cost for the home return service.

The goods must be returned, complete with all its parts, in compliance with the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.

The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by the Company, is under the full responsibility of the customer:
in the event of damage to the asset during transport. The Company will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund: the product will be returned to the Customer's possession, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.

The Company will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during the shipment or return.

The Company will reimburse the Customer the full amount already paid, within 5 days of receipt of the goods, through the procedure of reversal of the amount charged, using
the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Company may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product, or until the Customer proves that they have correctly returned the intact product. If the product is returned BEYOND the 14th day, counted from the original delivery date of the goods, the right of withdrawal will expire. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal. In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we will return the product purchased to the sender, charging the same shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

Guarantees

Ylya products are covered by a 14-day warranty. If before the expiration of the days you will not be satisfied with the purchase, Ylya srls will refund the expense made.

Privacy

The personal data collected with the placing of the Order will be processed by the Company for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the privacy policy on the site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

Applicable law

The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian law.

Copyright

Therefore, the use of trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs is prohibited, including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties. The contents of the site are protected by copyright (texts, images and graphics).

Communications

All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the address indicated in the order. Communications sent to the e-mail address of the other party, indicated on the site and in the order, are also intended to be sent in writing.
