Shipping
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 3 days of acceptance of the Order by the Company, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order.
The delivery times indicated by the Company must be considered as purely indicative and any delays, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation of any kind.
At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent to him.
- that any damage to the packaging and/or product or a mismatch between the number of items or information must be immediately stated in writing on the Courier's delivery note. Once the package has been opened, any problems inherent in the physical integrity of the items ordered must be promptly communicated to the Company's customer care.
In the case of orders paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, which after 10 days of storage, cannot be delivered, the Company will return the goods on site and will deduct from the customer's refund figure €5 for inventory management costs plus €5 for the return costs of the shipment.
